John R. Massaroni, Esq.
Attorney Massaroni graduated from Siena College in 1976 and then attended Pace University School of Law and Albany Law School.
John was admitted to the State and Federal Bars in 1980 and has concentrated his practice in representing injured people for over twenty years.
He is on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and is a Chairman of the Trial Law Committee of the Schenectady County Bar Association. He was recently elected President of the Capital District office of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Schenectady County, New York State and American Bar Associations, a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and is certified as an Advocate by the National College of Trial Advocacy.
John has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocacy Forum and is listed in Strathmore's Who's Who.
He has conducted lectures for Union College, SUNY at Albany, New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, Lorman Education Services and Albany Law School.
He is a Partner in the law firm of Capasso & Massaroni, LLP, on State Street in Schenectady, New York.
